Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) has celebrated a young lady, Ola- Dahunsi Favour Eniola, who just completed her pre-degree programme at the FUOYE’s Pre-Degree Center and scored 298 in the last Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), to secure admission into the Law programme of the institution.

This was just as the Directorate of Pre-degree Programmes announced the sale of application forms for the forthcoming 2022/2023 academic session via the University website, www.fuoye.edu.ng.

Eniola topped the class of 2021/2022 academic session of the nine-month University preliminary programme in preparation for the 100 level with her excellent performance in UTME.

Director of the University’s Directorate of Pre-degree Programmes, Prof. Adekunle Adefemi was excited to proudly present the young Eniola as a huge success story of the programme among other successful graduands who constitute over ninety per cent of all students who enrolled for the 2021/2022 FUOYE pre-degree programmes.

The Pre-degree programme is a preliminary training organized by the University to primarily train and prepare candidates seeking admission into the 100 Level for all academic programmes of the institution, for them to score excellent marks in UTME.

As the 2022/2023 session of the programme is about to kick off, Prof. Adekunle, in his address entitled: “Pre-Degree at a Glance, 298 scored in Jamb”, shared testimony of the success of the just concluded 2021/2022 session with Eniola’s admirable performance as a proud example.
His words:” I want you to help me celebrate one of our candidates at the Pre-degree 2021/2022 session, who topped the Jamb Admission list of our Directorate of 2021/2022 Pre-degree set with 298 in JAMB under Law.

“Our students results was not all that encouraging last year, as I assumed office after they have done their 1st Semester, and I finished up the session by completing their 2nd Semster. At the end of the day, we had up to 197 candidates that scored below 160. But this time around, for this 2021/2022 session, we have just 9 candidates that scored below admissible points. This session was led by a young girl who scored 298 in Jamb , and 73.95% screening point for Law. Ola- Dahunsi Favour Eniola by name. Help me celebrate this young girl for being brilliantly talented. I want to appreciate every Instructors that God used in this task, God bless you. Former Director, thanks for the template.

” All our Directorate Staff are wonderful people. Dr. Tope Babalola, Deputy Director, My Admin Sec, Mr Ayegbusi, The Bursary staff, Guidance and Counselling Units, Medical Health Centre, ICT Staff, Admission Office, everybody is appreciated. Our Bursar, and our Registrar, you are indeed a right pegs in the right holes, we appreciate your support. God bless you.

” My Powerful Vice Chancellor who took it up upon himself to assist us last year to get nearly all our students admitted, by going Abuja, you are indeed a Father. The noble environment given to us to put in our nest is highly appreciated. You are a good Administrator per Excellence. Thanks sir. This time around, we are fair with respect to our Jamb Scores sir. God bless you sir. Every member of this academic community is appreciated. Thanks to all. Our dressing code for our Predegree students is second to none. The form is out again. Join the winning Team.
