    Aransiola ordains FUOYE VC Fasina as Reverend

    The President and General Overseer of the Gethsemane Prayer Ministry International (GPMI), Rev. Dr. Moses Aransiola has conferred holy orders on the Vice – Chancellor Federal University Oye Ekiti (FUOYE), Ekiti State, Nigeria, Professor Sunday Abayomi Fasina.

    In a gathering which paraded who-is-who in the university community, Rev. Aransiola ordained and pronounced Professor Abayomi Sunday Fasina as a minister of God in the capacity of Reverend.

    Rev. Aransiola said : “We are ordaning you Reverend in the name of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Almighty God Himself will overshadow you, the Holy Spirit will be your strength.

    ” Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Whatever you ask to come will come and whatever you ask to go will go; you will not fail, you will not fall ;God will use you for His Glory. He will support you, He will defend you. He will fight for you. And in the kingdom of God you will not be forgotten. “

    Rev. Aransiola, who released blessings on the Vice-Chancellor prayed for the university, saying affliction would not rise again.

    It was at the annual prayer meeting organized by the University themed ” The private or public servant and his prayer life : Timeless lessons from the life of Daniel in Babylon ” held on Oye campus of the university.

    At the annual prayer meeting were the Vice-Chancellor and his wife, Dr. Bosede Fasina, principal officers, members of staff, union leaders, students and others too numerous to mention.

    Shortly after the ordination, Professor Abayomi Sunday Fasina commended members of staff of the university for tuning out in large numbers for this year’s annual prayer event entitled “The private or public servant and his prayer life: Timeless lessons from the life of Daniel in Babylon” and anchored by Rev. (Dr.) Moses Aransiola.

    This, the Vice-Chancellor described as unprecedented, saying GOD who had helped the university to attain glorious feats under him would not abandon “us.”

    According to him, it was impossible to receive from God without prayer and fasting just as he enjoined members of staff to see themselves as catalyst for change in order to give room for desired positive change.

    However, the Vice- Chancellor emphasized the place of prayer in achieving corporate goals capable of having influence on Management in decision making.
