Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE)’s Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC) Academics, Prof. Olubunmi S. Shittu will be joining other members of his lovely family and those of his in-law to bury his late mother-in-Law, Madam Olabimpe Florence Aladesanwa, (nee Oginniyi) on Friday, March 17, 2023.
The late matriarch of the Aladesanwa family was aged 82 before she passed on to rest in the Lord’s bosom eternally.
According to her illustrious son in-law, Prof. Shittu, all FUOYE staff are invited to grace the venue of the burial ceremony, St James Anglican Church , Owo, Ondo State, to join the family in bidding her a final farewell.
Transportation arrangement has been made for staff members wishing to join the Shittus and his in-law on Friday, March 17 to Owo, in Ondo State.

A release from the burial ceremony committee made available to the University media team, reads in part: “
You are all cordially invited by Prof. O. S. Shittu (DVC Acad.) to the burial ceremony of his mother-in-law. Details are in the attached invitation card.
I’m directed to inform us that arrangement has been made for a 60 person capacity bus from Oye to Owo (to/fro) at #3000 only.
