    FUOYE Registrar, Ibrahim tasks ANUPA on time management for productivity

    The Registrar, Federal University Oye Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, Mr. Mufutau Adesina Ibrahim has tasked members of the university’s office administrators on importance of time management so as to enhance optimal output.

    Mr. Mufutau made this disclosure during the 2023 ANUPA end-of-the-year get-together party at the University Guest House, Ado-Ekiti.

    According to him, there was the need to place premium on management of time especially when its purpose would boost the university’s “smooth operations.

    Managing time, the registrar said would not only enhance smooth operations but aid administrators’ tasks efficiently.

    He said: “As an administrator, We should always utilize our time for maximum productivity as time management makes the school operations smooth, easy and helps them accomplish the administrators’ tasks efficiently.”

    Besides, the Registrar highlighted some of the achievements of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Abayomi Sunday Fasina which he described as an outstanding performance.

    However, he thanked the University Administrators for their support in achieving these great achievements and also sought their support in the coming year to achieve laudable development on the campus.

    “By the grace of God, by next year, every staff will be trained and retrained to achieve the purpose in which the ivory tower was established,” the registrar added.

    Earlier in his Opening remarks, the Chairman of the Association of Nigerian University Professional Administrators (ANUPA), Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Mr. Bankole Olubunmo welcome all members to the get-together party and thanked the Registrar for his financial and moral support for the association.

    Olubunmo said: “It is with great pleasure and joy that I stand before you as the Branch Chairman to welcome every one of you to our much-anticipated end-of-the-year celebration.

    “Tonight, we gather not just as colleagues but as a close-knit community of dedicated professionals, who have worked tirelessly throughout the year.

    ” As we reflect on the challenges and triumphs of the past months, let us embrace the spirit of unity and camaraderie that defines our association as this evening is a moment to unwind, celebrate our collective achievements, and strengthen the bonds that make us a formidable professional family.”

    Specifically, he extended his gratitude to the Registrar of the institution, Mr. Mufutau Ibrahim, who he described as a pillar of support for this administration including Deputy Registrars who have all played the important role of directing us aright, and to each member for their unwavering commitment to excellence.

    He said: “Your hardwork and dedication have undoubtedly contributed to the success and growth of our branch. Tonight, let us set aside our professional roles and revel in the joy of the season, fostering a sense of unity and friendship that will carry us into the new year.

    “May this evening be filled with laughter, shared memories, and the warmth of camaraderie. Here’s to a fantastic night of celebration and the continued success and prosperity of ANUPA.”

    Also, the association’s Welfare Secretary, Mrs. Folake Ajewole appreciated everyone who made the event a successful one.

    “Your financial support is well appreciated, thank you for believing in FUOYE ANUPA, most especially the welfare committee,” she said.

    At the event alongside the university registrar were the Deputy Registrar and Head of Personnel Unit, Mr. Sunday Ayodele Akinkunmi, Deputy Registrar and Institute Secretary of Distance Learning, Mr. Rapheal Oloruntele Olarewaju among others.
